How can I start learning Chinese with eChineseLearning?
We highly recommend you to sign up for a free trial first and know better about our service. The registration link for "Free Trial Lesson" is on the top of each page. And you can find the registration table on most of the pages.
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password you can set up a new password by following the procedure below:
1. Click the Forget Password link when you are signing in.
2. Input the E-mail address you use when you sign up and submit.
3. We will send you an e-mail containing a new password.
4. Sign in with the new password.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password at any time after you sign up with eChineseLearning. To change your password:
1. Sign in with your ID and password and click My Account.
2. Click "My Information".
3. Click "Change My Password".
4. Enter your former password.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Confirm your new password.
7. Click "Change".
What if I forget my ID?

2. Enter your E-mail address.
3. Click "Submit" and you will be able to get back your ID.
