What is Free Trial Lesson? How to get it? |

The free trial runs about 50 minutes and is a one-on-one session, just you and our professionally trained Chinese teacher. We will prepare a class according to your level and learning needs, so please leave us your valid contact information so we can reach you to arrange it.
During the free trial class, you will not only receive professional teaching, but also be able to discuss with your experienced teacher proven Chinese learning methods as well as receive valuable suggestions appropriate for your level of Chinese.

Our teachers will contact you within 24 hours to understand your Chinese learning needs and arrange a free trial time. Please note that the free trial Chinese lesson is given only once for each customer. |

We offer you a one-on-one professional Chinese level test for free. You will get a professional, concise and precise evaluation of your current Chinese level. You will also receive tips and suggestions on how to improve your Chinese.

How do I reserve lessons? |

Reserve your class by selecting a convenient time for you. |

(1) In the time schedule table, the X-axis indicates the date, you can move to the past or following day by clicking the left or right arrows. The Y-axis indicates the time. The day is divided into 24 different one-hour time segments. You can click the arrows and move the grid up or down to see other time segments. |

(2) You need to select the time zone for your classes, and we will convert the course selection times so they correspond to the time zone in your part of the world. |

Cancel a lesson

You can cancel a reserved free trial or class by visiting the My Account section of the web site. |
| |
After canceling your free trial or a reserved class, the system will ask you if you need to reschedule. If needed, please click Reschedule, and you can choose another class time.
