Take a bus

A: 请问，去中关村吗？
    Qĭng wèn, qù Zhōngguān cūn ma?
    Excuse me, does the bus go to Zhongguancun?

B: 到，上来吧，你们从体育大学下车，然后再换
    车。
    Dào, Shàng lái ba. Nĭ men cóng tĭ yù dà xué xià
    chē, rán hòu zài huàn chē.
    Yes. Please aboard! You can get off at Beijing
    Sports University bus stop, then transfer there.

A: 请问到时候换几路车？
    qǐngwèn dàoshíhou huàn jǐ lù chē
    Which bus should we change to then, please?

B: 365、982都行。
     Sān liù wŭ, jiŭ bá èr dōu xíng.
     Bus No. 365 or bus No. 982 will both be OK.

Situational Dialogue

A: 刚上车的乘客请刷卡，没卡的乘客请买票。
    Gāng shàng chē de chéng kè qĭng shuā kă, méi
    kă de chéng kè qĭng măi piào.
    Passengers who have just got on the bus please swipe your IC cards or buy your tickets.

B: 师傅，买两张票，到前门。
    Shī fu, măi liăng zhāng piào dào qián mén.
    Excuse me, two tickets to Qianmen, please.

A: 这车不到前门，你们可以再坐两站下车，换 7 2 6 路，直接就到前门了。
    Zhè chē bú dào qián mén, nĭ men ké yĭ zài zuò liăng zhàn xià chē, huàn qí èr liù lù, zhí jiē jiù dào qián mén le.
    The bus doesn't go to Qianmen. You may go two more stops and then change to bus No.726. It goes straight to Qianmen.

Measure word

In Chinese language, a numeral alone cannot function as an attribute but must be combined with a measure word inserted between the numeral and the noun it modifies.

Examples:

两张票 two tickets
一个人 one person
两家商店 two shops
一本书 one book
三幅地图 three maps
